SWITCHBLOX

Most embedded systems don't need a managed rack switch. They need a compact, reliable Ethernet backbone that fits on the board stack, survives the environment, and disappears into the architecture.

BotBlox Boards are unmanaged and lightly managed Ethernet switches in bare-board format. No enclosure. No unnecessary overhead. Just the switching fabric your system needs, at the size and weight your platform allows.

Every board in the family is designed for direct PCB integration or bracket mounting inside an electronics module. All variants are tested to MIL-STD-810H environmental standards — the same benchmark used to qualify military hardware for field deployment.

Built for Environments Where Commercial Hardware Fails

Built for Environments Where Commercial Hardware Fails

Every board in the BotBlox family is tested to MIL-STD-810H — the U.S. Department of Defense standard for environmental qualification. Tests are conducted under operational conditions with continuous network load, not powered-off storage tests.

Temperature Range

−40°C to +85°C

Validated under high and low temperature, thermal shock, and rapid decompression at altitude equivalent to 30,000 ft.

Vibration & Shock

90g / 6ms

Tested across three axes at frequencies representative of rotary-wing UAVs, ground vehicles, and industrial machinery.

BotBlox Boards are integrated into platforms operating across six application domains.

Each environment imposes different constraints on size, weight, vibration tolerance, and data throughput.
