Return Policy Overview:

Consumer Orders (B2C)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For eligible consumer purchases made through our website, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Any damaged, used, modified, or incomplete products may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

Custom-made, configured-to-order, and personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Business Orders (B2B)

Orders placed by businesses, distributors, integrators, government entities, educational institutions, or other commercial organizations are not subject to consumer cancellation rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Purchase orders are considered binding once accepted by BotBlox.
  • Products already shipped may not be returned for credit solely because requirements have changed.
  • Orders that have entered production, had materials or inventory allocated, had components ordered, or have been shipped are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • Custom products, configured products, NDAA variants, non-stocked products, and special-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR).
  • Any approved return, cancellation, exchange, or order modification is solely at BotBlox's discretion and may be subject to restocking, material, engineering, administrative, or other applicable charges.

Order Changes

Requests to change product models, quantities, configurations, or delivery schedules after order acceptance are subject to review and approval by BotBlox.

Where production has already commenced or materials have been committed, requested changes may:

  • Be declined;
  • Result in revised pricing;
  • Result in additional charges; or
  • Result in extended lead times.

Defective Products & Warranty Returns

The above restrictions do not apply to products that qualify for repair, replacement, or return under BotBlox's published warranty policy.

Refund Timeline:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item. This includes the time it takes for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), process it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days). Refunds may arrive more quickly in many cases.

Please be aware that the provided refund timelines are estimates and may vary based on factors such as return volume and bank processing times.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team by emailing info@botblox.com with your BotBlox RMA Request Form (click to download). Please provide as much information as possible for a faster process.

  2. RMA Request Review: Our customer support team will promptly review your request and assess its compliance with our returns policy. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Pack Your Item: Safely package the item you're returning, ensuring it's in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging materials.

  4. Include RMA Information: Clearly mark the outside of the package with the provided RMA number. This helps expedite the return process upon receipt.

  5. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA authorization. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

  6. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process the return and inspect the product.

  7. Refund Issuance: After processing, we will initiate your refund. Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If applicable, restocking fees will be deducted from your credit.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivered At Place (DAP) Terms

For international orders, BotBlox offers shipping under the Delivered At Place (DAP) Incoterms. Under DAP, we deliver the goods to your specified location, but any import duties, taxes, or additional fees required by your country's customs are the responsibility of the buyer. This means that while BotBlox covers shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for paying any costs related to the import process upon delivery.
