You can order directly through our website. We accept all major credit cards, and payment is handled securely via Stripe.
In most cases, this is the fastest way to get our products.
Orders below USD 500 should be placed through the website checkout using a credit card or other available online payment method.
Order via Purchase Order / Manual Invoice
For purchase orders, manual invoices, or bank transfer payments, please send your purchase order to info@botblox.com with the following information:
- Product SKU and quantity
- Shipping and billing information
- Any required tax, customs, or company details
Manual invoice, purchase order, and bank transfer orders require a minimum order value of USD 500, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and fees.
Customers may place orders of any value through the website checkout. Manual invoice, purchase order, and bank transfer orders are only available for orders of USD 500 or more, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and fees.
We can accept payment by bank transfer in EUR, GBP, or USD. Payment terms are upfront only.
Order via Distributors
We have a growing number of international distributors for our products that you can purchase from directly.
Fulfilment
In nearly all cases, the stock displayed on the website is the stock we currently hold. For pre-order products, the stock displayed shows how many units are available for pre-order. Orders for in stock parts are usually shipped out within 3 working days via DHL. Orders for out of stock parts are shipped as soon as the parts are available. Please get in touch if you would like to know the lead time of a specific part.
To minimise our administration time, we do not use UPS, Fedex or other carriers by default.
Shipping times from the UK to the following common destinations is listed below:
- Mainland Europe: 2-4 days
- US East Coast: 2-4 days
- US Central: 3-5 days
- US West Coast: 4-6 days
- Asia-Pacific: 4-7 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5-8 days
Please note that these shipping times do not include any customs clearance delays, it is important to respond quickly to any customs requests within your own country to minimise shipping delay. All our shipments are provided with full customs invoices so typically the customs process is smooth. Customs information on our products is shown below.
